The Department of Lifelong Learning & Extension (DLLE), under the University of Mumbai, offers an Extension Programme, under which various projects have been arranged for students. They undertake various projects like Annapurna Yojna, Status of Women in Society (SWS), Industry-oriented Projects (IOP), etc. to serve the society better. The DLLE works under the Mumbai University and certifies the students once they successful undergo the projects taken by them.
Its Objectives:

  • To develop among students a sense of responsibility towards society.
  • To design programs that will help students to face life and its challenges and thus create an ambience for a learning society.
  • To enhance student employability skills.
  • To cater to the needs of the unreached for promoting knowledge-based society.
